If you talk of penge/hinge, you must study some of WTBA material. Taiji is NOT sport! In order for penge/henge to work, you must give up yourself (fajing) which means you DONT care what happens to the attacker as he causes it himself. You do care! You dont want to kill him, do you? Judo is a game so the mind is different. Dont be so hard on yourself. When you adopt rules, your taiji becomes a game and wont work. Nxt time KILL!!
JUST KIDDING
