muay thai, it is not uncommon for people to die it this matches. also pankration when first used by the ancient Greeks, was the most deadly due to the fact that it was an embarrassment to you and your family if you tapped out or gave into submission, so a lto of time people would not tap and their vital body parts would be broke and thy would die.
